Addressing a critical truth.
Do you have a "back burner" of issues, a vision or critical truth that may be a key to your future and your enterprise that you delay addressing year after year?
emergentz™ addresses that need with a private and facilitated cohort for enterprise leaders and entrepreneurs who want to connect with peers on a deeper level to explore and take action around your own purpose and that of your organization for results.
It is also an opportunity for peer-to-peer mentoring and co-creation of new opportunities. The program is designed for entrepreneurs, CEOs and thought leaders looking for a place to go deeper around the issues important to you and your organization.

Course Overview
Who will benefit from this cohort?

Organizational leaders facing challenges of personal and organizational growth, transformation and/or critical truths.

Why this cohort?

You may lack personal clarity and confidence in stepping into a new role including facing external challenges to your enterprise.
You need more than a coach. A word I do not use. I am someone who has been in your shoes. I serve as both a trusted confidant and strategic advisor outside your organization.
The course will help you identify a critical truth blocking your leadership development and create a plan to overcome it.
How is the cohort delivered?

The cohort will be limited to 4-8 participants.
It will provide two one-to-one sessions with me and four cohort sessions with peers that I will facilitate.

What makes my approach unique?
All my work is conducted through an Assess |Advise |Assist framework.
This cohort will follow this format with a focus on a critical leadership truth.
The asses phase will include deep dialog and listening, one-to-one and peer-to-peer.
The advise phase will include recommendations way to overcome the blockage to moving through the critical truth.
Ultimately, the recommendations will need to resonate within you as authentic and achievable.
Both process with include pauses of silence for deep listening to intuition. Acting upon intuition unblocks the resistance. The assist stage with include one-to-one and cohort feedback on the new narrative, including role playing.
I will begin the cohort by telling a story or two of how I have walked through a critical leadership truth and the subsequent results, both personal and professional including my consulting practice and serving as a CEO.​​
