Addressing Critical Truths

Do you have a "back burner" of issues, a vision or critical truth that may be a key to your future and your enterprise that you delay addressing year after year?

 

emergentz addresses that need with a private and facilitated cohort for enterprise leaders and entrepreneurs who want to connect with peers on a deeper level to explore and take action around your own purpose and that of your organization for results.  

 

It is also an opportunity for peer-to-peer mentoring and co-creation of new opportunities. The program is designed for entrepreneurs, CEOs and thought leaders looking for a place to go deeper around the issues important to you and your organization.

Fractional Virtual CEO 

This cohort is designed as a cost effective alternative to hiring a full-time interim CEO. It  is aimed at early stage and small-medium sized companies and their leadership team going through a transition or moment of critical truth.  It could be a growth, turnaround or pause stage for a company.  The cohort is co-designed to align with each participant's particular needs and objectives.

 

emergentz principal,  Brad Rendle​ has sat in the chair of being a CEO and working with boards, bringing both an experienced and consultative perspective to leadership challenges and demands. Through the cohort Brad can serve as a fractional CEO or work alongside a current CEO or other enterprise leaders. Brad's CEO experience includes developing and working virtually (i.e. on-line) with teams – spanning continents, cultures and generations.


An added value feature is the cohort's peer-to-peer leadership, which can be accessed as a board-like sounding board for participants.  It is designed to complement, not replace a board's role.

    

Entrepreneur Support 

The journey of entrepreneurship is not a solo journey. There are many models and initiatives, some might argue fads, to accompany the entrepreneur on that journey to help accelerate the process.

 

emergentz™  principal, Brad Rendle, has entrepreneurship in his DNA. Four generations in fact. He has worked with entrepreneurs and venture creation for over 20 years.

And while he has taught graduate level entrepreneurship, he believes entrepreneurs are enabled not taught. This cohort is designed to do just that. It is aimed at early stage pre-revenue and early stage ventures and entrepreneurs.
